Nik Tehrani, President
Dr. Nik Tehrani is the founder
and the President of Silicon Valley Chapter. Dr. Tehrani is an
educator, teaching at UC Berkeley extension, California State
University - East Bay, and Northwestern Polytechnic University in
Fremont, CA. He has a PhD in Electronic Commerce from Northcentral
University, MBA from Pepperdine University, and a BS in Electrical
Engineering. Dr. Tehrani is also the Global Director of Program
Management at Sanmina-SCI (Enclosures division), a leading EMS
provider focused on delivering complete end-to-end manufacturing
capabilities and highly complex solutions to technology companies
around the world. Prior to Sanmina-SCI, he was the managing
director of Majital Solutions in Fremont, VP of Sales and
Engineering of ACI in Hayward, VP of Operations of COMAN
Manufacturing, Inc. in San Jose, Sales Manager of Cobra Systems in
Los Gatos, CA and Design Engineer at Stanford Applied Engineering In
San Jose, CA. |

Mona Ameli, Board Member
Mona Ameli is head of Global Marketing for a large US-based
consumer goods company. With more than 15 years of
international business experience, Ms. Ameli has held
several executive marketing roles with multinational
companies, where she has started, developed and expanded new
business divisions, strategic alliances, and global brands
across Europe, North America, Latin America, Middle East and
Asia Pacific. She holds a Master in Business from
University of Paris IX-Dauphine and a post Master in
Marketing from University of Paris XI- Creteil. Ms. Ameli
has had many years of social non-profit experience. She
worked with the Iranian American Women Society in Southern
California focusing on helping re-integrate women and
families in shelters. She is also the founder of the
California Association of Women Without Borders, an
organization aimed at helping and empowering women facing
life crisis as well as victims of domestic violence. Ms
Ameli is a member of the National Association of
Professional Women, a member and previous board member of
Beauty Industry West. |

Marian F.
Espinosa, Board Member
Marian F. Espinosa is a
Language Arts, Literature, and Economics Teacher for Alsion
Montessori Middle-High School. She has a B.A. in Spanish and
a minor in Criminology from The Ohio University. She lived,
worked, and studied for 6 years in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico.
While in Mexico, she taught English as a second language to
business executives and the general public at a private
language school. Ms. Espinosa had the opportunity to serve
her community through volunteer work with the American
Consulate as a translator. She worked with the Mayan people
with the outreach programs, to promote health care and
education. Upon her return to the United States, she began
teaching as a Montessori Teacher. She and her students have
worked extensively in and about their local community
through the Viola Blythe Center, Mission Rotary, Proyecto
Corazon, and the Fremont Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Espinosa
and her students look forward to reaching out globally
through the UNA-USA. |

Donald W. Bradley,
Board Member
Dr. Donald W. Bradley is a
psychologist, city planner, educator, and a retired USAF
officer. He is President of the California Bay Area
Graduate Chapter of the Phi Gamma Delta International
Fraternity and past president of the Michigan Chapter of the
American Institute of Planners, Presidio Reserve Officers
Association, the California Planners Emeritus, Men of
Emmanuel-Episcopal, Anglicans, and the Brittan Heights home
owners association. Dr. Bradley also serves on the Northern
California Chapter of the American Planning Association, and
previously on the Boards of the Center for Psychological
Studies, and Pacific Graduate School of Psychology. He
teaches at Northwestern Polytechnic University and San Jose
State U. and has taught at UC Berkeley, Stanford, UC Davis,
and Michigan State University. Colonel Bradley has served,
worked, and consulted for the U.S. DoT, HUD, DoD, US Navy,
El Camino Hospital, and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
Dr. Bradley has worked in Ethiopia, Eritrea and South
America. He retired with over 50 years of military and pro
bono overseas duty in the room where the U.N. charter was
signed when it celebrated its 60 year anniversary in 2005. |

Saeed Seyed is Director of hardware engineering at Cisco Systems. Saeed believes in giving back to community and have participated in non profit organization leadership initiatives in past few years. He believes in enhancing quality of life for all people. Saeed has a master degree from Santa Clara University in engineering.

George Hsieh
Dr. George Hsieh is the President
of Northwestern Polytechnic University (NPU), has been dedicated
to the fields of science, technology, and management for more
than three decades. Dr. Hsieh also has been very active in
supporting the advancement of higher education in the
international communities, particularly in Asian countries. In
the past twenty years, he has visited more than 200 institutions
of higher learning and many high tech districts/parks in China,
Taiwan, HK, Japan, Korea etc. and more than 100,000 attendees
have attended and benefited from hundreds of speeches/
presentations/lectures given by him. In addition, Dr. Hsieh has
exerted great efforts and made great contributions in promoting
east and west cross cultural understanding as well as in
cultivating business corporation between Asian companies and
corporations in Silicon Valley. |

Julio Ortúzar
Julio Ortúzar Prado is the founder, President and Rector of Universidad del Pacifico. During these four decades of prolific professional, managerial and educational work, Julio Ortúzar taught in different foreign universities, including USA, Argentine, Brazil, Uruguay, Peru, Paraguay, Ecuador and Bolivia, and some European countries such as Spain, France, United Kingdom, and Italy. Mr. Ortúzar received the Education Leadership Award, Oklahoma University, 1986; Education Award, Oklahoma City Advertising Club, 1986 and Honorary Citizen by the Government of the State of Oklahoma, 1986. At the present time, he is Vice-President of the Chilean Luxembourgian Chamber of Commerce, Vice-President of the Association of Universities of the Pacific, member of the North American Chamber of Commerce, and Member of the Chilean Spanish Chamber of Commerce.
